HELP WITH YOUR NEXT STEP

Find the answer, keep the idea.

A missing favorite, an empty search or a download you cannot find can interrupt a useful planning session. Start with the part of HairSparks you were using and the checks below. Most website questions involve the current browser, your selected filters or the way a file was saved. For a question about a Hair Muse purchase, account or generated preview, use the separate app support channel. Choosing the right starting point makes it easier to explain what happened.

01 / THE DETAILS

Choose the place that can address your question.

HairSparks is the website where you browse editorial references, use the look finder and keep a local moodboard. Hair Muse is the separate app linked from the site. They share a publisher, but the website board is not an app account and cannot show your app purchases or generated results. Start with the service where the problem occurred rather than sending the same question to several places.

For website feedback, the publisher contact form is the route already linked above. Describe the HairSparks page and the action involved. For app questions, the official Hair Muse support page is the appropriate starting point. The App Store listing is useful when you want to check the currently presented app information. Following any of these links opens a separate service; this page does not submit a support request automatically.

Website or editorial question

A broken page, unclear guide, missing reference or problem with the browser moodboard belongs with HairSparks website feedback.

Hair Muse app question

A question about the app, a purchase or an account should begin with the official Hair Muse support resources.

02 / THE DETAILS

If your saved ideas are missing, check where you opened them.

Your board belongs to the browser and website address where you saved it. First return to the same browser profile and the same address. Opening HairSparks in another browser, on another device or at a different address does not bring the board with you. There is no website sign-in that restores it. A board saved in a private browsing session may also be unavailable after that session ends, depending on your browser.

If the board is visible in another tab, keep that tab open and download the brief before changing browser settings. Check whether you previously cleared website data or used Clear board, because those actions remove the locally saved information. Do not clear more data as an initial troubleshooting step. If the references were already removed and you did not keep a separate copy, this website has no remote backup from which to restore them.

03 / THE DETAILS

Take a browser-storage warning seriously before leaving the page.

A save action normally changes the heart state and shows a brief confirmation. If you instead see a message that browser storage is unavailable, do not assume the choice will remain after you leave or reload. Note the reference title and copy its link somewhere you control. If you are already on a moodboard with visible notes, use the download option or copy the note before closing that page.

Browser settings, a restricted browsing session or unavailable storage can prevent saving. Check the settings for this website if you are comfortable doing so, then try a single save again. There is no need to send a photograph or provide a password to diagnose a website save problem. When reporting the issue, include the exact warning and whether it occurs on a look, an article or the board itself.

04 / THE DETAILS

Keep one editing tab for your planning note.

The board has one shared note for your collection. As you type, it attempts to save in the current browser and shows a status message beneath the field. Read that status before navigating away. A useful note can name the preferred detail, the practical requirement and the question you want to ask a stylist. It does not need to reproduce every article you saved.

Other open HairSparks tabs in the same browser can update when the saved board or note changes. That makes it useful to edit the note in one tab at a time. Two competing edits are not separate versions, and the website does not keep a revision history. If you want to try an alternative brief, download the current version first or keep a separate copy of its text. Removing one saved card does not remove the shared note.

05 / THE DETAILS

An empty filter result usually calls for a broader choice.

The look collection applies all selected filters together. A short length, a particular texture and a mood may each have references individually while their combined selection has none. Use Reset filters to see the collection again, then add the most important preference first. A missing combination means the small editorial collection has no tagged reference for that set; it is not a judgment about your hair or the style you can wear.

In The Edit, search looks through story titles, descriptions, topics and tags rather than every sentence of every article. Try a shorter phrase such as earrings, collar or travel if a full question returns nothing. A topic selection narrows that search further. Reset the controls to remove both restrictions, or open a topic directly when you would rather browse a manageable group of stories without searching.

06 / THE DETAILS

Read the finder result as a reference, including when it is approximate.

The finder compares your chosen length, texture and mood with the labels on the look collection. When all three choices have matching references, it shows up to three of them. When there is no exact match, it says so and offers the nearest options, giving length the strongest priority, followed by texture and mood. A result is a starting point for browsing, not a face assessment or an AI-generated image of you.

Use Change my choices to return to the controls, adjust the preference you want to explore and run the finder again. Opening length or texture to a broader choice can reveal another direction. If the collection could not load, try refreshing the page or browse the static look pages directly. Saving a result keeps that editorial reference on the moodboard; it does not store the finder selections as a personal profile.

07 / THE DETAILS

Know what the downloaded brief contains.

Download my brief creates a plain text file named my-hair-mood-brief.txt. It contains your saved reference titles, short descriptions, page links and the current board note. It is a portable summary, not a folder of image files or a copy of the whole website. If you expected pictures, use the saved page links to reopen the references or consider the browser's print option for the current board view.

If you cannot see the file, check your browser's downloads area and the destination it normally uses. Some browsers ask you where to save; others use a default folder. A download is a snapshot taken at that moment, so later changes on the board do not update the file. Download a new brief when your shortlist changes. The file can be read elsewhere, but HairSparks does not provide a button to import it back into an empty board.

08 / THE DETAILS

Use the print preview to choose the copy you want.

Print my brief opens your browser's print controls. Review the preview before confirming, especially if you have several saved references or a longer note. The printer, paper size, margins and available PDF options come from the browser and device. If a Save as PDF destination is offered, you can use it to keep a printable copy; the website itself does not choose a printer or silently create a PDF file.

If the print view has not appeared, wait for the board to load and try the print control again. Check whether the browser opened a print window behind the current one. You can also download the text brief as a simpler way to retain the reference list and note. Printed pages, PDFs and downloaded text are separate copies. Clearing the website board does not remove those copies from your device or from any place where you later share them.

09 / THE DETAILS

A useful report names the page, action and result.

For a website issue, include the page title or link, what you selected and what happened after that action. A report such as the finder stayed on its loading state after I selected Short and Curly is easier to understand than the website is broken. Mention your browser and device, and whether the same problem happens after an ordinary refresh. If an error message appeared, include its wording rather than paraphrasing it as a general failure.

For an editorial correction, identify the specific statement and explain what seems inaccurate or unclear. A relevant source link is helpful when the issue concerns a factual point. You do not need to send a selfie to report a typo, a missing image or a broken page. Keep personal notes out of the report unless they are necessary to explain the problem. The contact route is for sending the issue; this page does not promise a particular response time or outcome.

10 / THE DETAILS

Keep app questions with the app's own information.

HairSparks does not take a selfie, generate a personal preview, manage an app subscription or display an app purchase history. If the question began after opening Hair Muse, use the official app support route and include the app and device details requested there. Website favorites do not transfer automatically into the app, and clearing this board does not cancel an app purchase or remove an app account.

If your question is simply how an editorial reference can become a useful personal experiment, the try-on introduction explains that next step without requiring you to upload anything here.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Your questions, considered.

Can the publisher recover a board I cleared?

HairSparks has no remote copy or website account backup of your board. Start with any text brief, printout or separate note you kept. Those can help you reopen the references and rebuild the shortlist, but there is no automatic restore or import feature. Before clearing a board in the future, download the version you want to keep.

Why do my other tabs show a changed board?

Tabs using the same website in the same browser can reflect changes to the saved collection and shared note. That behavior keeps the view current, but it is not a version history. Edit the note in one tab at a time, and make a separate copy before trying a substantially different brief.

Can I still read the site if an interactive tool fails?

Yes. The look profiles, guides, mood pages and app information are ordinary readable pages. You can follow their links directly while a filter, finder or board issue is being investigated. Saving and other interactive controls need the website's scripts to run; the written editorial content does not depend on those controls working.
